Many of us have already encountered this chilli, as this variety is mainly stuffed with cheese or tuna and preserved in sweet to sour flavours. The berries taste quite uninteresting raw.

The industrial utilisation can be guessed from the growth, the plants like to grow upwards quickly and often have to be fastened. The number of berries is overwhelming, so that without support or tying, the whole chilli plant can collapse under the weight of the pods.
