Another great rarity from Jacob in Mexico. The Japones is a hairy chili from the annuum family, which is very rare. It grows very quickly and reaches an above-average height. The many medium-sized pods ripen to a blood red color and taste delicious. The medium-hot pods can be used very flexibly for almost all chili dishes and are also great for making a traditional chili powder.
